Over the Easter weekend, we had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Gyula. The hotel is perfectly located near the town center and a thermal spa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. We loved the view from our room, overlooking the beautiful park. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. We also enjoyed the hotel's spa facilities, which helped us relax and unwind.
The only negative aspect of our stay was the lack of reliable Wi-Fi. The signal was weak and often cut out, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, we found the noise levels to be a bit disruptive at times, with some construction work going on nearby. However, this did not ruin our overall experience, and we would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Great Christmas experience! Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an amazing experience! the staff was extremely friendly, making our stay feel like we were at a home away from home. the rooms were spacious and warm, which was very important during the winter weather. the food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient for exploring the city, with several tourist attractions nearby.
Lack of proper communication the only downside was the lack of information provided in English, which made communication a bit difficult. Some of the documents were only available in the local language, which made it challenging to understand the hotel policies and amenities.

The hotel is located in a beautiful park environment, providing a peaceful atmosphere that is close to the city center. the rooms are clean, bright, and equipped with a TV and fridge, making it a comfortable stay. the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel falls short in providing crucial guest information in a language other than the local language. This can be particularly challenging for international guests.
